Jane T.  Schroeder, MS, LPC, NCC

 
Ms. Schroeder is an experienced career management professional, combining a solid background in counseling, human resources, and consulting.  She provides assessment-based career and life transition coaching that has positively impacted both individuals and organizations.
 
Jane’s career began in human resources within mid-sized corporations, where she specialized in internal recruitment, management training, employee services administration and wellness program management. 

After pursuing a Master’s degree, Jane held counseling positions as a member of the counseling/career development team at several private colleges within the state including Milwaukee School of Engineering, Carroll College, and Edgewood College.  
 
With this background, Jane transitioned into the consulting arena when she joined Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading international career services company.  As Senior Consultant, she delivered career transitions services to multi-level clients, developed and presented group training workshops, and administered and interpreted psychological and career assessments.

Prior to the establishment of JTSchroeder Consulting, LLC in January of 2008, Jane was a Partner at The Lindisfarne Group, LLP. In both of these practices, Jane has and continues to establish and manage client relationships, and develop and deliver assessment-based career, leadership and performance-based coaching services to private and corporate-sponsored clients from manufacturing, service and non-profit environments.  

Jane is a state licensed and nationally certified counselor.  She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology/Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science.  She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the National Board of Certified Counselors and the National Career Development Association.
